On Sunday night, Mallory Hagan was crowned the new Miss America.  Though most of us see pageantry as a delicate, feminine involvement, Mallory explained her love and passion for the hard, rough and tough sport of…CrossFit.

That’s right! Miss America enjoys the pain and gain of one of the most popular fitness trends in ages.  Her boyfriend, Charmel  Maynard said, “She did not want to be rail-thin. She did it the right way: She did a lot of CrossFit, and she just ate a lot better.”
